These Dot Art Sessions are a great team-building experience that encourages mindfulness, boosts morale, and helps align your group’s mission—all while creating something beautiful to display. Whether you’re inspiring change, celebrating accomplishments, or simply looking for a way to relax and reconnect, we’ll help bring your vision to life—one dot at a time. Please let us know if you'd like your guests to create something other than the classic 4" Circle Coaster — think Hearts, Shamrocks, or even a State of Indiana shape! We’re happy to customize the experience to fit your vibe.

Cancellation Policy

1/// Booking Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance will be due prior to the event. 2/// Minimum Participants: Each session is based off the number we discuss. Please confirm your headcount at least one week prior to your event. 3/// Custom Designs: All custom designs must be finalized at least 10 days before the session. Special requests (such as shapes or themes) may require additional time, so please plan ahead! 4/// Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event can be rescheduled. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit. 5/// Travel Fee: A travel fee may apply for events outside of the local area. This will be discussed at the time of booking. 6/// Let’s Get Creative! Come ready to create, relax, and enjoy the mindful art experience! We’ll handle the setup, supplies, and fun—just bring your creativity!
